Congratulations Bette!!
On Friday the 19th of February we made a presentation to Bette Jones who has been volunteering at our Totnes shop for 10 years! She’s a sprightly lady of 89 years young, and has only missed one day in all that time due to the recent snow and a fall at home.
We presented her with a bouquet and a certificate of merit, and an RSPCA lapel pin, which she was thrilled to bits with.
We are always looking for reliable people to volunteer in our shops so if you care about animals and have ever thought about it, do it now! You could gain a whole new group of friends and maybe have your own presentation one day!!
